IMPLEMENTATION
ADDIE Model
The ADDIE model is a development and design process made up of five iterative phases. These phases include analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Each phase is incredibly important to the overall learning solution that is created. I have used this model extensively to create effective and meaningful instructional solutions. Below are examples of work that represents each phase of the ADDIE model.
ANALYSIS
DESIGN
This document demonstrates the progression of learning development and design elements for an instructional solution. Instructional mediums, patterns, paths, program, and storyboard are included.
This document outlines the learners, timeline for learning solution implementation, data collection instruments, and evidence of communication for implementation.
This document outlines a summary of a learning solution, research questions, data collection protocols, timeline, next steps, and justification of development decisions.
EVALUATION
DEVELOPMENT
These two documents outline different aspects of evaluation. The first document outlines a reflection of data collection and actual data collection samples. The second document outlines recommendations and modifications based on learner experiences. This feedback was used to create a stronger learning solution.
